AWFUL communication and no AC!
This was by far the worst Vrbo communication experience we have EVER had. There was no AC for 3/4 of the house when we arrived, called the emergency number, messaged the app and emailed and no response for 6 hours ! (10pm) and the communication was poor and lacked caring for the situation. No on was sent to the property until 2pm the next day- no fans no nothing. At 7pm and at our insistence they said they would bring portable AC units so that three of the bedrooms could be of use, they brought SWAMP coolers with no water to utilize and when we explained to them these don’t work they said no one else complains. The next day at 11am someone came to fix the unit and low and behold it was due to ac filters they said hadn’t been changed in YEARS! We have pics of this. We then asked for a monetary credit due to 3/4 of the rental not being able to be used for 48 hours and was told we were free to check out but they don’t offer credits. We have copies of all of this communication. Awful!!!!! Rude and zero assistance or even kindness. Oh and on top of that the WiFi doesn’t work unless you stand in the foyer, the instructions were wrong. It’s apparent its used more for events than to stay on and I would 1,000% not recommend this rental company SKY rental in Dallas. I hope the owners see this and think twice. We couldn’t easily move 10 peopleOn a graduation weekend if we would have left immediately. Think twice before you rent this. I’ll be happy to send pics and even more issues.
