Holiday stat for grandkids!
Family traveled from NC to Texas surprise trip. We found your home appeare to have a few updates but furniture was badly worn, stained and dated, chairs are basically no cushion for comfort. We were surprised we found a property available a week before New Year’s but it was very dated! The property in our opinion was not cleaned well. It appears to have pet odor because dogs are allowed! Very musky odor throughout the home. Dogs are allowed but the purpose of cleaning fee we thought to clean and sanitize furniture! Stains throughout all fabric furniture. bar chairs, sofa stains too.Description not as listed 3 baths only not 4 full bathrooms as listed with shower. Downstairs powder bath only. Kitchen desk open area not a separate office work. Game room all games in closet broken or missing pieces. I was very disappointed because the kids wanted the ball for the foosball table missing. Race car game and other games fun! The grandkids enjoyed game room / media room. Popcorn bag left and old sock in seat. Fireplace downstairs did not work. Internet WiFi issues we had to be changed. First day we had to call for help after several attempts by all guest Trying to login. Wrong WiFi given and internet was very slow could not use. We used our cellar data. Staircase raii is very loose safety concern for grand parents and kids holding rail so weak. Garage smelt awful dogs kept in there needs to be cleaned. We had wasp-spider webs throughout the home. Exterminate
