Our stay was wonderful! We pulled into Allen bone tired, and the hotel was great. The room was spotless, and the little touches were wonderful. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I had no problems, even with my back issues. The breakfast was yummy as well!

You should have a change machine or stock change for laundry room. No one carries a coffee can of change to feed your pricey machines.

Room seemed like the kind you rent by the hour. Dirty broken stuff in bathroom. Noisy old AC. Biggest issue was there was food all over the hallway floor both nights we stayed there. All staff were nice and helpful.
