    Very convenient to Epic Waterpark, IKEA, Six Flags

    Overall, this house was okay. Would I stay there again? Probably not. Could some relatively minor adjustments make this place much better? Yes! Positives: the pictures almost exactly reflect the house. It could comfortably sleep 12 and has plenty of rooms for couples (or in our case, teenagers) to have private spaces. It’s super close to the Epic Waterpark, has a Walmart across the street, and was easily accessible from the highway. The host was very responsive when I encountered an issue with the washing machine and we couldn’t find more towels. Cons: the only full bathroom apart from the master bath is very small so while the house comfortably sleeps 12, our group of 8 had some battles over the bathroom. The house desperately needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Floors were not clean, there was dirty underwear in the master closet, the dishwasher had dishes left inside, there were cobwebs & bugs in the corners of the rooms, and we could literally see dust fly up when we sat down on the couch. The kitchen is not well stocked with dishes, cups, silverware or cookware (no baking sheet). The extra towels were oddly located in a small closet downstairs instead of in the linen closet outside the full bathroom upstairs. The washing machine didn’t work and the master shower had no shelves to hold bottles. Lastly, right before we arrived, the host asked that we not wear shoes on the carpet or eat upstairs, which isn’t a big deal but a little annoying given the state of the house.

    Needs a good deep clean, extermination & some TLC. Walls are scuffed and drywall damaged throughout. Bathroom rugs and washing machine were moldy. Kitchen sink was very difficult to use and kitchen lacked basic supplies, like baking and serving dishes, ample silverware and measuring utensils. Found 8 live bugs in kitchen during our 4 night stay. It’d be nice if there were TVs & bedside lamps in the bedrooms. Neighborhood is crowded with lots of cars parked on street. Back door and garage door locks were janky. Overall, the house met our needs, the location was good, and the host responded promptly but we wouldn’t stay here again.

    Location and check in was great. We stayed here for a my nephews wedding and had ample space to prep. One of the bedrooms was not cleaned properly. When it was time to prepare food the oven did not work. Hopefully these things can be fixed because the property is great

    Loss of a family member

    This house was spacious even though there were 11 adults and a 1 year old. We were in town due to a death in the family. It was a comfortable stay even considering the circumstances. Our young adults enjoyed the room with the large TV. Would certainly stay here again, hopefully for a much better type of trip.

    Great host! Everything was a breeze in our stay. Great communication and perfect location. Only one of the beds was a bit uncomfortable, but it wasn’t a major issue at all. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!

    Everything was great I would definitely use it again.

    The house was very nice and roomy we had a couple issues with water leaking from the ceiling due the air conditioner , also a minor pipeleaking under the kitchen sink, but the host got some maintenance crew and solved the problem in a timely manner. But we enjoyed the atmosphere and the family had a great time

    Great Value Property for our Cousin Reunion

    We had a group of cousins & friends stay at the property. There are plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was easy to reach. We enjoyed both the location and the property. Highly recommend!
