At check in I was greeted by a very sweet and helpful young woman, Toya, but that is where the good part ended. My room was terrible, the A/C unit did not work during the entirety of my stay, so my room was extremely HOT. I couldn't be put in a different room because they said they were completely sold out, so they brought me a small box fan. The "leather" headboard of the bed was in bad shape, when I moved the pillows to turn back the bed there was a literal head shaped hole worn into the leather material with fabric exposed underneath. YUCK! When bringing this to the attention of hotel staff there was nothing that they could say or do. And, as if this wasn't enough, the water to the entire property was shut off on the last day of my stay from 9am-7pm. At the end of my stay there was no comp, or attempt to make this right in any way shape or form. This was definitely not worth the money I paid to stay there. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

This hotel is awful rooms are not clean my wife killed a bug in the bed. Broken and not taken care of rooms wind was blowing in the sliding door. Garbage on the floor. Pool absolutely disgusting and needs full remodel broken stones and dirt around the hot tub garbage and algae build up on the deck hot tub water was brown and had no chlorine this place could be nice if they put some time into a remodel will never be staying here again I’m sure there are far better options for the price wouldn’t recommend.

Texas Rangers Game

Enjoyed our stay. When we first got there at 3:50 the room was not ready. Seems they overbooked the young girl said. She was not sure when a room was going to be ready. We we told a manager was not onsite or available. But, the young gentleman offered two king rooms that were right beside each other. So we took those since we had a game to get too. The staff was friendly too at the bar that evening when we got back.
