Courteous and attentive staff, easy check-in and check-out. Free, plentiful, parking is a plus and the area /parking seems safe even at night. Overall, it's "fine". If you aren't trying to impress someone (or yourself), this is an ok place to stay. The photos are representative of the decor (what passes for elegant when one is on a budget). However, the details can be disappointing. Furnishings can be worn and appear rather tired. Am sure this place looked much better when it first opened. Opted for a junior suite and the end table (glass top) fell apart the moment it was moved from the couch. Fortunately the glass didn't break when it hit the frame on the way to the floor (not kid friendly tho). Mini fridge had a vibration when running so just shut it off for the three days I was there. Definitely better than a motel in any case and very convenient to North Park Center Mall which apparently is the best quality one in Dallas.

Clean room, decent location, really liked the corner room I had where I was able to draw the curtains back and have a really great view from floor to ceiling windows that replaced two of the walls of the 75 corridor and Greenville Avenue. Room was a little dark and bathroom was somewhat small but it was still a comfortable stay for just one night. Room was a little loud as it’s right on the highway but it wasn’t bad enough that it really bothered me. There’s a bar in the lobby that was actually pretty busy on Saturday night, I didn’t drink or eat there as I assumed their menu was probably going to be pretty basic and there’s a lot of good options nearby. Not sure about a gym or pool or spa, nobody mentioned anything. Parking was free and not complicated. Overall it was a good stay, would consider staying there again but it was a little pricy for being a basic hotel. Will probably give Double Tree in Richardson a try next time.
