The instructions for the keypad were buried deep within a confusing website, the keypad was very fiddly, the entry code is too long, and we struggled to get in. The help line was answered by a very irritating AI “character”. The back bedrooms were dark. The towels rack in the primary bathroom was broken. The mattress in the primary bedroom sagged on the sides. The shower floor tiles were slippery. There were not enough k-cups for coffee, and we only had three coffee mugs for five guests. There was vomit in both the elevator and the stairwell. When we went down to the shop to get our free breakfast, the sales clerk wasn’t able to pull up her list of who was eligible. Even leaving the unit was not simple, because you have to find and press a very tiny dark button to open the deadbolt electronically, which seems like a fire hazard. But worst of all, the air conditioner quit working, and no repair person was sent to try to fix it. The only bright spot was that AI Amyfinehouse did send a very lovely guy named Godwin to let us into the door and to try (unsuccessfully) to fix the air conditioner. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
