The staff here go above and beyond, not just for your stay at Voco but also for hour stay in Vietnam. Shout out to David in particular who made our stay one to remember. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The pool (although cold) is absolutely stunning looking out over the ocean and the kids loved having a swim. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants and the river only a short Grab ride away.

Overall experience at the hotel was wonderful. Rooms are very clean and the staff were pleasant. The cake that was left in our room on my husband’s birthday was a nice surprise. The cake was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. We will be staying at Voco Ma Belle on future trips to Da Nang.

Hotel has a good location, great breakfast and Henry at the concierge is great and very helpful. The only negative is the small pool and you need a room on a high floor. We had a room on 5th floor and was noisy.
