Rocky start as bed was uncomfortable, however, KENT, the manager was like “Clark Kent” and corrected things lickity split! Such a competent person! All other staff above normal I’d say!!! Great location, great view of beach!

We stayed at the Balcona Hotel in April and had a wonderful time! Room was clean, Bed firm but comfortable. Delicious breakfast and tea. We used the spa and received excellent service! I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was have 3 booking. But when we're arrival. Receptionist not friendly. They like Korean people more than Vietnamese even i have a US PASSPORT. They not bring us a welcome drink or until we asked for the drink.but they service and so nice w korean man. Room it terrible. Wate not drain out. On top the celling almost falls off.

The hotel is good overall location, service, buffet is great… my only complaint is that the gym equipment was not in good working order even though the pictures on booking site indicated acceptable facility … this is a must for us I take great care in ensuring there is a gym with equipment to meet our needs before booking this was very disappointing
