Acordar hotel y aplicación sus costos y respetarlo

El costo incluía a mi hija menor, el cual el costo no fue al que la aplicación me dio; se me cobró más de lo que la aplicación dijo. Con un cobro extra a persona. No entendí por qué pidió un cobro de $900 y después pague el total con mi tarjeta en las instalaciones, sería importante tanto la aplicación se ponga de acuerdo con el hotel para no pasar por estos cambios de costos y precios. Un lugar excelente para hospedarse lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Tuvimos un poco de confusión con respecto al pago. Ya q tenía yo una aparente reservación con pago hecho y al final resultó que no... Y entonces se tuvo q hacer el pago ahí... Creo que eso como en otras ocasiones sería conveniente se esoecificara que el cobro no es más q una retención y estando ahí se cobra. Al final fueron amables en la recepción con la explicación

Me gusto su diseño, estaba todo limpio, está súper equipado. Lo único que falto es no había café en el cuarto, no resurtieron el jabón y shampoo de cuarto y no había toallas tuvimos que ir a recepción a solicitar que no las proporcionaran. No hay alberca para niños pequeños y estaba sucia.

La alberca se encuentra sucia . No está el agua climatizada por lo que no pudimos meter a nuestro hijo de 5 años ya que estaba muy fría el agua. El papel de baño de la habitación no te surten cuando hacen limpieza ,a no ser que tú se lo tengas que ir a solicitar a recepción ,ya que tampoco hay teléfono en la habitación para poderlo solicitar. No vale lo que cuesta .

Ojalá se recupere lo bueno que era este hotel, está algo descuidado el mobiliario de alberca y restaurante es muy feo, los balcones de las habitaciones no tienen sillas ni mesas para poder salir a disfrutarla, no tienen ganchos y si los pides te dan unos de plástico y metal, habitaciones sin sillas, no hay teléfono para mínimo llamar a recepción o room service. No dejan más que 2 botellas de agua y no te ponen más al siguiente día. Lo amable es que si se notan detalles de remodelación en habitaciones, la atención en recepción buena y amable. La ubicación es lo que vale la pena. Costo no lo vale por las condiciones actuales.
