Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Before checkout, please turn off all lights and A/C units, and ensure all sliding doors are closed and locked. Place all used towels and bed sheets in front of the laundry area. Thank you.
Make sure the trash is in a plastic bag and drop it off in the trash bin located just outside the gate.
Before leaving, please make sure the gate remote is placed back on the kitchen island. This is very important for the next guest’s arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
