The villa is located 120 meter above sea level in one of the most beautiful areas of Guanacaste. You are going to experience complete privacy – as the property is located in a gated community with guards and full security.
The quiet and unspoiled beach of San Juanillo (rated from Conde Nast traveler as 10 most beautiful beaches worldwide) is only a 10 minute drive away.


The highend luxury Villa featuring 3 master suites, 3 1/2 bath spread out on 3,740 sq. ft. (347sq. m.) You will experience a scenic 180 degree view over the ocean and an beautiful suspended infinity pool on the upper level. The nearly 350 qm space has high end finishes and is a livable masterpiece which exudes contemporary luxury. The floor plan is open and airy with walls of sliding glass that allow perfect indoor/outdoor entertainment and living. The sunsets from the main terrace are one of a kind. Every evening sunset is truly spectacular.

The great living room has an open floor plan that includes an open kitchen, multiple patios, infinity pool and soaking tub within the designer pool.
A full outdoor kitchen and living area with large dinningtable and amazing views completes the unique ambience of this house.

The bottom level of the three-story villa has two large master bedrooms and private patios and bathrooms. The top two stories of this house exude open luxury while the downstairs bedrooms offer cozy quiet.
