Service was over the top amazing, especially the breakfast staff. Kane, Asmita, Rod, and others were excellent. Treated us like family and we will come back just because of them. We wanted to take all of them home with us as our new family members! They were the best part of our stay. Honestly, this establishment was great, but I cannot say it is the best St Regis property I have ever visited. That said, the service was beyond reproach and the management team was phenomenal. The GM made his rounds and was extremely welcoming, fun, and energetic. There are so many options for luxurious accommodations in Macau, but this is a hidden gem. Small property with top notch service that felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommend.

This is the third time we stayed at The St. Regis Macao. Everything is as good as before. This time we stay there to celebrate my wife's birthday. They gave us a complimentary birthday cake and arrange a beautiful balloon stand together with 2 very cute teddy bear butlers put it in room. A lady butler who take care of our room name Alison is very friendly and helpful.

An amazing, graceful and peaceful hotel at a convenient location yet be in the crowd just with few minutes walk. All the staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. Fast check-in and check-out process. Spacious room with 24-hour in-room dining service. Gain-more-weight recommendations are Korean Fried Chicken, Fried Squid Rings & Wakyu beef burger in the Overnight menu. Nice pools can be seen from my room (but I had no chance to visit due to typhoon). The Butler Team are so meticulous and can handle every reasonable requests 24/7. I am sure everyone can have a enjoyable stay in St. Regis Macao.

The St. Regis was one of my favourite hotel experiences. Service was above and beyond. The rooms were very clean, and the “butler team” is phenomenal. The checkin was smooth/quick and easy and the staff were exceptionally attentive in all the best ways! The staff noticed I was pregnant during check in (not mentioned during my booking), and later I found a pregnancy pillow placed on my bed in case I wanted it. Went out for dinner and found the “butler team” had left me a card and baby socks as a gift which was super sweet! Fresh fruits were brought into the room, and we were asked if we would like any assistance or tours of various things in our room etc, and amenities used (husband used the shaving kit right when we checked in) were replaced while we were gone for dinner even though we were only staying one night! I mentioned at checkout that I loved their quilted hotel slippers and the staff gave us each a new pair to take home (they hung it in a bag on our luggage when they were holding it for us after checkout.) This was far above and beyond in terms of hospitality and customer service! I’d 100% book with the St. Regis again in a heartbeat! We were close to booking another night and extending our stay (the only reason we didn’t was due to timing of us going to our next destination).
