We had a great time
This is a unique property that fit my family perfectly. When we plan family gatherings it is a huge challenge for us to find a rental because we have two people with mobility issues. We need a space that is wheelchair accessible, with at least two bedrooms on the ground floor. We also need a minimum of five bedrooms. This place has everything we need. Six bedrooms, all on the ground floor. Wheelchair accessible throughout the house. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom (half baths for most), and there are two additional bathrooms with handicap showers.The house is really beautiful. It has a large kitchen, a large dining room, a game room and a living room. It has everything we needed, but it also wasn't overly cluttered so it was easy to move about the house. There is also a nice patio space behind the house and a huge lawn. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood of Coshocton. I would have given this a five star review except for two things. First is that some of the furniture in the house needs to be updated because there is some obvious wear and tear showing. Everything works fine, but some updates are needed. The second issue is the road leading to the property. It has a street sign and shows up on my maps, but it appears to be a driveway. I say this because it is in terrible shape and it's hard to know who is responsible for maintaining it. It's about a quarter mile long, a somewhat steep incline, narrow, and in desperate need to be repaved.
