We loved this property and the easy access to the beach. It was so nice not to drive far for access and on the chillier days they had a heated pool for everyone to enjoy. The condo had all the things you needed especially in the kitchen. Would recommend staying here, perfect for 6-8 people.

Great Stay!

Sea Gate condo was fantastic. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Each room has a smart Tv which was nice after a long day. The kitchen was very well stocked as well as the bathrooms. The rooms were very large. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect accommodations for vacationing.

We loved the floor plan and decor of this home. It was perfect for our family. We especially loved the room with the bunk beds because it had a trundle bed. It was perfect for our grandson. And we absolutely loved the location. It was close to Guest Services, the Fitness Center and one of the pools.

Great Getaway

Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) really enjoyed staying at this property. The young man running the Palmilla office was rude and overwhelmed with "record number visitors to the island". Other than that interaction, we had a great vacation. This condo was perfect.

Wonderful Getaway!

This home was ideal for our family. We would definitely book it again. Location, amenities, cleanliness, kitchen supplies were all that one could ask for. The open floor plan with open kitchen, dining, tv area were great. We rented golf cart which was fun for the grandkids and adults driving to the beach, swimming pool, and around Palmilla Resort. We also ordered beach chairs and umbrellas that made time on the beach perfect.

Wonderful condo in a fabulous resort community

The condo is a great space with lots of room. It is fully stocked and has just about all the things you need. We loved the resort amenities and will definitely be returning for another visit. Our only issue was a maintenance problem with the dryer and lack of communication on repairs made that a little tricky to handle. For the most part it’s a great vacation spot!

Loved this property spacious and comfortable. Easy access to the beach, and so close to town. Huge tv with sound bar in living area. Large master and bathroom. 2nd bath is big for a 2nd bath. The patio is large and shaded. We loved hanging outside as well.

Great Condo!

Condo was perfect for our girls week at Port A. It was really clean and lots of room. Kitchen was well stocked and great comfortable seating in the living area. Both bathrooms had plenty of space. Good location on property and close to main pool. Only thing to be aware of is that it is a first floor apartment and the people above us were quite loud. However, wasn’t a major issue, just something to be aware of.

the home was beautiful , but needed some TLC such as A/C filter changed to help insure the A/C was running correctly. Dryer is pulling codes & batteries for the remote. OVERALL the trip was wonderful, the condo was very clean & we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and Exceptional Beach Resort Condominium

We loved our stay at this Palmilla Beach Resort Sea Gate Condominium. It was so comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated and the kitchen appliances are top of the line with a margarita machine. We took advantage of the large dining room table to work on fall crafts and there was plenty of room to enjoy our meals on the comfortable kitchen island stools. The first floor location of this condo was a real plus especially for two of us who are mobility impaired. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, easy access to the beach, local restaurants and gift shops. The attentive and courteous staff catered to our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. With its convenient location and outstanding service, this condo will be our go-to choice for accommodations the next time we travel to the area. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome and relaxing

Things that made this place and our unit stand out as a place we will choose again: 1) Parking right by our unit 2) Overflow parking close to unit 3) Availability of renting golf cart right there 4) Accessibility to the beach by driving over the boardwalk with cart right to beach 5) Air conditioned and very clean bathroom trailer for our use 6) Ability to rent chairs and umbrellas (already set up) on beach (will definitely do next time) 7) Bar at pool 8) Ease of checking in and checking out (just opening and closing unit door) 9) Friendliness of staff and willingness to help 10)Black Marlin Restaurant on premises (good food and reasonable prices) 11)cleaniness of unit (inside and outside) 12)clean refrigerator The only recommendation I have is to add a second pool with bar to accommodate the number of tenants to make the pool more appealing for spending time.
