I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at one of your properties. Unfortunately, our initial experience was not satisfactory. The property appeared to have issues that suggest previous complaints may not have been addressed, as we found stained beddings, sofas, pillows, and carpets. Additionally, the bathroom handle was broken and the patio furniture was torn, and the grill was fithy. We are very grateful to the local management company, for their exceptional assistance. They were very accommodating and promptly moved us to a wonderful unit just three minutes' drive from the beach. They also made a great effort to compensate for the time we lost during the move.The only feedback we have for the second unit is that the TVs in the rooms were not working. This presented some challenges, especially since we were traveling with teenage boys.Thank you for your time and attention to these matters.Sincerely,Patricia Bedoy

Was not at all pleasant

This place was WAY OVERPRICED! The bathroom door knob fell off the whole time, the carpets were disgustingly filthy. There were no TVs in any of the bedrooms except for the kid room. The cleaning materials were not sufficient. The pots and pans were not supplied and sufficient enough to cook for a family of four. The couches were dirty. The outside cushions were ripped at the seems. The bathrooms only give you room to pee and stand up, you can’t even close the door without having to move out of the way. We had no porch to visit like everyone else, ours was dark and secluded. I had to call the emergency number bc our garage door stopped working, that was inconvenient. Will not stay there again. For what you pay, it should be a lot more clean and comfortable.

Family summer weekend getaway

Communication with property manager was great. House is a little outdated and needs some maintenance, but had what we needed. Location is near restaurants and a short ride to beach. Rental of golf cart and beach chairs is a needed add on.

Great vacation in a beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Tranquil Turtle. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It was especially nice having 4 bathrooms. Unfortunately, our dog had a fight with the blinds in one of the bedrooms. We notified the property managers and they were so nice and understanding. They quoted us a price that we felt was very fair to fix the damage. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacay in Port A.

Relaxville

It was very relaxing. Enjoyed the convenience to beach and eating places. Roomy for for a family and loved having 3.5 baths. The only downside was many of the cooking pans etc need to be thrown out. Many of the pans were rusty or you couldn’t get them clean to use. Overall it’s a thumbs up stay.

Loved coming to Port A for the roundup!! Some family fished and won!! And the rest of us enjoyed the beach. Townhouse was comfortable and close to harbor and shopping.

Great place for families!

This property was very clean, especially for a pet-friendly rental! The management was on point and took the time out to take care of our needs within a very timely manner. They were super friendly and even let us use their 6 seater golf cart for free! My family and I will definitely be staying here again! 👍🏼💜🌊🏝️🐚

Great place

The property is in a great location just a short walk from a bunch of restaurants and shops. We had some issues checking in: fridge ice maker and water didn’t work, wifi, garage door, and cable tv all didn’t work. The manager brought maintenance out within an hour and all but the fridge was resolved pretty quickly. Overall I would stay there again.

Details and checking things over before new guests arrive.

At bit of an inconvenience to have to deal with issues at the start of our vacation. Air conditioning and obvious oversight on cleaning. Management team was prompt and took care of both issues right away. Cleaning and maintenance teams need to pay attention to more detail. Some furniture needs to be replaced. Overall, wonderful layout and location of property.

Things were managed well. Only issue we had was the propane grill did not work and we didn’t realize it until after refilling the propane bottle. They do have backups at the office, but since it was after hours, we went and refilled ourselves.

Family time

We came down for a 60th birthday for my brother in law. The mean all went fishing is girls enjoyed a little pool time and then off to the beach!!!! The use of the golf cart was perfect for us!!! The place is perfect!!!!
