We had an amazing stay. Great location, comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Very nicely appointed and wonderful family getaway for Spring Break. The proximity to the beach, pool, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi was perfect. Lots to do in Port Aransas. Thank you for a very memorable stay.

Can't get much closer to the beach

The house is about a 30 second walk to the beach and has two decks both with terrific views. Great little neighborhood perfectly situated halfway between Corpus and Port A for a convenient 15 minute drive to both.

Perfect private beach rental!

My family loved being steps from the beach and pool, but also away from the hum of Port Aransas. We plan to return to this exact spot.

Just perfect. 2 minute stroll to the beach and excellent views from master bedroom patio. It was the better then any other best choice in my families opinion

We had a great time! The house was in a great location with amazing views of the water. The house itself has a few things that are dated or couple be replaced, but the views and access to the beach made up for that. It’s hard to find water views like this for a good price in port A! And with two little kids who need constant potty breaks or a nap, getting back to the house from the beach was a breeze.

LOVED Our time here - Location is Unbelievably Great

The house itself was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed, but the ability to walk down to beach in less than 90 seconds was the best thing ever. Don't have to worry about forgetting something cause it's so easy to just pop back up or come and go from the beach. The pool was a great feature also. The whole enclave of houses was cute and friendly and well kept. So easy to drive into Port A for groceries or restaurants. It was our best Port A trip hands down out of a total of 5.

Great location

Great location south of town and beach was a very short walk for us! Lack of things like garbage bags, dishwasher detergent (even one) and a dish scrubber were a bit inconvenient. The dishwasher was not in good shape. Overall though, the location is why you're there and that gets a 10 out of 10!

Great beach getaway

Quick trip to celebrate our Islander student and wanted a place on the beach - this place was perfect - a quick walk across the boardwalk put us on the beach - could see it and hear it from the house. Three bedrooms AND three full bathrooms worked great for the three couples staying.

Family time

This place was great. Im already looking at when we can go back. My only complaint is that the seating is quite cramped around the dining table. Definitely need a smaller table but this place was spotless.

Spring break week

We had a great time at this rental. Gulf views from both balconies and steps to the boardwalk which was a quick walk to the beach. The pool was too cold but well kept and right next to the house. 2 of the 3 bathrooms were nicely remodeled.

Awesome Views and Well Kept Property

We were pleasantly surprised with how well kept the property was and all the kitchen amenities. In all the other places we have stayed the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The location to the beach were just steps away and very convenient, not to mention the awesome views of the ocean from the decks. We loved the view from the master bedroom.

It was fine

Great location, easy walk to beach, but lacking in amenities. Dishwasher didn’t work well, toaster caught fire, subpar cooking an equipment, dirty.

Great location

Great location, beautiful views from master and balcony. Pool right outside the house. Our biggest inconvenience was that, although it slept 9, there were 3 mugs, 6 forks and 6 spoons, and 8 kitchen chairs. The kitchen utensils in general are not set up for large scale cooking as needed for 9. The whole place was in need of some maintenance. But much better than some of the beach places we stayed.

The property has a wonderful view of the beach, easy access to the walkway however it needs a lot of maintenance inside and out. Beware of fire ants mounds all around the property. Dishwasher doesn’t clean, fridge temp was warm and took a while to cool off. No bedsheets given for the pull out sofa bed, I would recommend bringing a mattress cover. The shower on main floor does not drain well. AC vents very dusty and not screwed in properly. It was a good find for booking last minute but will not reserve again.

Old and in dire need of fixing up

When we first arrived and went inside all appeared to be clean. After a little while we started noticing some (major) issues. Almost none of the electrical outlets in the living room area were working. The outside door posts are rotting away. The air outlets and inlets are covered with black mold, I can only imagine what the inside of the ducts look like. The shower curtain upstairs was old and ripped as well as the bottom of the upstairs bathroom door had swollen up and is just plain nasty. The front door knob is just about to fall off and one of the hinge pins of the balcony door must have all rusted away and was no longer there. We only stayed for two days so we lived with it. A longer stay would not have been acceptable. This home is in dire need of remodeling.

Not as expected. No privacy.

The proximity to the beach and pool is the highlight. The home however showed little concern for those staying. Their Queen bedroom has NO privacy. Not just no lock but a completely see through bi fold door. There is nothing in the room either for dresser or lamp or side table. The upstairs is the same without a place to sit a cup of water. The shower door won’t stay shut but don’t worry bc one person can barely fit in with no room for turning around. If you’re older you might also want to know you have to go up to the 3rd story to access the tiny shower. Not a great stay for a group of 6 or more. I immediately informed Vacasa and spent 2 days of vacation trying to get some resolution and after finally getting the property manager there was little said, no compassion or apologies that there was no place to change in privacy without going to the 3rd floor. Very disappointed.
