Great condo close to the beach! (just a few minute walk). From there balcony there is a spot between buildings you can see the ocean. This unit was clean, newly painted, beds comfortable and nice linens. Appliances used all worked and plenty of dishes, pots & pans. Basics of salt & pepper were there, liquid hand soaps, dish & laundry soap. The living room was quite bare with just one sofa, no coffee or end tables. Host responded quickly to my inquiry of the missing sofa from the pictures on-line. Said they were in the process of replacing it. Those items would really make the stay more comfortable & enjoyable! Check in instructions were good and glad to have a heads up about the front door & lock. Lots of rust on and around the door and stairs. Costal air clearly isn’t kind to metal. Door and key pad lock need to be replaced. Not sure what was up with the “heated” pool as it was really cold. Our stay was there during the last week of December which was cold so maybe it was too much to keep the beautiful pool heated. I would choose to stay here again after making sure all the furniture was there!
