Great home in a wonderful community

I was very pleased with this vacation rental. I took my family to watch the Solar Eclipse. We golfed, ate, exercised and partied ALL ON PROPERTY! I will definitely rent this home again. Thank you.

Amazing Home

This is probably the best "VRBO type" home we have stayed in. Beautifully designed and decorated. The home ammenities were outstanding. Never have I stayed in a home that came equiped with multiple kinds of coffee (both ground and K-cups), paper plates, extra toilet paper, dish soap etc. The supplies we have needed for other VRBO's were all ready for us. The location was super close to the smaller pool (less crowded) and even walkable to the beach. The owners also had cornhole and a putting green ready for use. Definitely would stay here again.

The was clean and ready to go! Beautiful home! The garbage disposal never worked. Someone did come and unclogged the drain.

Fun house in a lovely community

Good for family trip. Very comfortable beds. Nice sitting area. Acoustics were a bit challenging as all sound echos up and down that stairway. Our biggest gripe was that the internet was sporadic. The TV was internet based and we had to re-set the system several times.

Bummed No Beach Chairs

Beautiful house and great location. The only issue we had was the availability of the amenities and no wait staff on beach. We weren’t able to get a cabana even trying to book one month in advance, but that wasn’t the worst part. There weren’t any beach chairs or umbrellas available (even a month out). It would have been nice to have had at least a minimum of 4 chairs reserved with house rental for 12 people (even if at an additional cost). Even after we arrived at the beach early morning we were still having to deal with the crowds. We set up close to Palmilla area but never even saw any wait staff. It just would have been nice to have been guaranteed a spot and to have wait service.

Amazing Stay in Port A

Really enjoyed the home and the location. Short golf cart ride into town. Very comfortable for our group of 7 adults and 3 children. Thanks much!

Absolutely stunning!

House was perfect, the outdoor landscaping was gorgeous. House had everything we needed. We did have someone’s golf cart and beach toys blocking the driveway the whole time so we couldn’t utilize the price parking. But we will definitely be staying here again until our home is finished being built! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Amazing Trip

The property was amazing, you never felt on top of one another and the bunk room was a hit with kids! LOVE the landscaping. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. However regarding parking, someone had left their golf cart blocking the driveway, it was actually parked in the driveway the entire time.

Sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. The upstairs deck had an excellent view of the sunset. Huge TVs in every room! The kids loved the downstairs living area, which became a movie room for us. A few things to note...beware of the stairs if you have littles or elderly. They are steep and not enough room up top for a baby gate. The living room, kitchen, & master are upstairs. We had a little one and it was pretty stressful but we managed. Also, we wished we had cleaning supplies for countertops, dish towels, and a mop for spills.

Wonderful getaway!

This experience was wonderful, from the white-glove communication with TurnKey to the well-appointed condo. They provide plenty of soap, towels (beach and bathroom) etc. We felt super safe and comfortable here and really enjoyed our stay. (Next time will rent a golf cart because the walkover is a little far with a bunch of kids and all their stuff!)
