Located at Pamilla Beach Resort & Golf Club, in the heart of the Fairways complex, this home is very convenient to the dunes crossover and the beginning of your extraordinary beach vacation. Two resort-style pools, one with a swim-up bar, promise even more sun-kissed fun. Golfers will appreciate the thoughtfully designed links-style golf course which can be seen from the front porch. Other perks include concierge-style guest services and on-site dining options that are within walking distance.
Recently built, this rental boasts upscale furnishings, a well-equipped chef’s kitchen, Front patio offering peek- a-boo views of the dunes and gulf. This townhome sleeps 10 and provides ample living space in the common areas.
LIVING AREA and KITCHEN & DINING (2nd Floor) Located on the 2nd floor, an armchair and a large sectional sofa provide plenty of plush seating in the living area. Stream new movies and favorite shows on the flat-screen smart TV. Also find a convenient powder bath on this level as well as access to the balconies Prepare favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen that has been appointed with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and your choice of coffee maker (Keurig or full pot brew). Perch with drinks at the kitchen bar with seating for five as dinner simmers. The table in the dining area can extend to seating up to 10 for festive meals.
BED & BATH This three-story townhome sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a flex room, which offers 2 twin over twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, offers a king-size bed and full walk-in closet. A flat-screen TV is available. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower, as well as a private water closet. An outdoor balcony with seating for 4 can be accessed through this bedroom. The ground level offers a second king-sized bedroom equipped with a flat screen TV, full walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway). This bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Also on the ground floor, you will find a full-size washer and dryer as well as access to the garage. The third floor of the townhome is furnished with a queen-size bedroom. This floor houses the flex room which offers additional living space (recliner and sofa), a smart TV with a DVD player, a desk with a computer screen and 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds. A full bath on this floor has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy your favorite beverage on one of the two covered balconies, each furnished with comfy chairs. In the garage you’ll find a propane grill, as well as a full-size table with 6 chairs to pull out on the drive for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Enjoy the outdoor shower located on the back side of the house when returning from the beach. An array of resort amenities are within walking distance from this unit. This includes both pools (heated in winter) and the dune crossover. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Wonderful for 2 families
The property was wonderful with plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen. Only steps from the boardwalk to the beach and the community pool. With its 2 master bedrooms and spacious bunk room would suit 2 families. Only negative was that we were not informed of the extensive construction immediately across the street. But that said would stay again.

I want to keep this gem to myself!
This property exceeded our expectations! The Palmilla Beach Club exceeded our expectations. We normally stay in Rosemary or Seaside and I will have to say this was the most well appointed home we have ever stayed in! The kitchen was stocked to the brim with everything you might need and then some, with high quality kitchen utensils! If you decide to rent here, please take good care of them so that they will be encouraged to keep it so nicely furnished because we will for sure be back! So grateful for the many thoughtful touches that made our stay so memorable and relaxing. This house is perfect for large families with lots of kids or for a girls weekend as the sleeping spaces/accommodations are many and oh so comfortable… pillows included. So close to the pool and beach, but if you e never been to Port A, a golf cart is a must! The only recommendations i would highly suggest to give this community even more relaxation for their guests and that 30A feel is bikes and bike paths, more shops (like ice cream, general store, restaurants around the green space) and that the Port A community would work hard to limit RVs on the beach. For most of our stay it was not an issue, but we left just before the 4th and they were wall-to-wall along the beach and their generators really took away from the beautiful sunrises we enjoyed the many days before they arrived. i don’t think it’s much of a problem anytime else as this property is upscale and about a mile outside of port A… very nice and quiet for families, but if you are going around the 4th be aware this is the case for the beach, which thankfully we could not see or hear because of the dunes. I know several others commented on the construction going on, but our house was so well insulated that we never heard a single thing… even though they were working on the roof next to ours. The construction crews that we did see did not start work until after 9am and we’re respectful, quiet and kept the work areas very clean, so much so you will want to buy one of these houses! I can’t say enough! Not a single thing would make me hesitate to return! So grateful for a lovely stay!

Perfect house and location for families
The setup was perfect for me, my husband and kids, my parents, and my sister and her baby. Everyone had their own private rooms and the space accommodated everyone seamlessly! Great location within the complex too with close, easy access to the boardwalk to go to the beach. We will absolutely be renting here again!

This is a great place! The house set up was great and the kitchen was very well stocked. Just one minor detail - unless you have a small or midsize vehicle, don't expect to park in the garage. The garage is spacious, but the garage door openings are a bit narrow. Barely got my sister's minivan in the garage.
