Cool townhouse close to beach

Lovely decorated and spacious home with comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach. Two great pools for guests use. Will definitely stay here again when travels take us to Port Aransas.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful home, comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen, fun bunk space for kids upstairs, items on hand for babies (pack and play, stroller, high chair), guys love the golf course, love new pool with swim up service, beach service with chairs/umbrellas/food/drinks so nice if wanted. Wonderful beach vacation with family and friends.

We absolutely loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This house was so well equipped for everything we needed. From the shampoo/cond. to the laundry pods and dish soap. All the kitchen items we needed were there as well. I loved not having to go buy all of this for our stay. Thank you for an awesome weekend, our family will definitely be back!

Wonderful for 2 families

The property was wonderful with plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen. Only steps from the boardwalk to the beach and the community pool. With its 2 master bedrooms and spacious bunk room would suit 2 families. Only negative was that we were not informed of the extensive construction immediately across the street. But that said would stay again.

I want to keep this gem to myself!

This property exceeded our expectations! The Palmilla Beach Club exceeded our expectations. We normally stay in Rosemary or Seaside and I will have to say this was the most well appointed home we have ever stayed in! The kitchen was stocked to the brim with everything you might need and then some, with high quality kitchen utensils! If you decide to rent here, please take good care of them so that they will be encouraged to keep it so nicely furnished because we will for sure be back! So grateful for the many thoughtful touches that made our stay so memorable and relaxing. This house is perfect for large families with lots of kids or for a girls weekend as the sleeping spaces/accommodations are many and oh so comfortable… pillows included. So close to the pool and beach, but if you e never been to Port A, a golf cart is a must! The only recommendations i would highly suggest to give this community even more relaxation for their guests and that 30A feel is bikes and bike paths, more shops (like ice cream, general store, restaurants around the green space) and that the Port A community would work hard to limit RVs on the beach. For most of our stay it was not an issue, but we left just before the 4th and they were wall-to-wall along the beach and their generators really took away from the beautiful sunrises we enjoyed the many days before they arrived. i don’t think it’s much of a problem anytime else as this property is upscale and about a mile outside of port A… very nice and quiet for families, but if you are going around the 4th be aware this is the case for the beach, which thankfully we could not see or hear because of the dunes. I know several others commented on the construction going on, but our house was so well insulated that we never heard a single thing… even though they were working on the roof next to ours. The construction crews that we did see did not start work until after 9am and we’re respectful, quiet and kept the work areas very clean, so much so you will want to buy one of these houses! I can’t say enough! Not a single thing would make me hesitate to return! So grateful for a lovely stay!

MAJOR CONSTRUCTION

Would have been oh so nice to know that my view every morning for coffee was the construction zone directly in front of the house and in the path of the “ocean view” Also house was not the cleanest. Mold all in main room’s shower. Clearly not cleaned well. Something smelled very strong of chemicals right when you walk in front door. Won’t return.

Beautiful home!

This was our second time staying at the palmilla community and this home was perfect for my family and for my in laws. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and that whole area with the sofa and tv. The home had everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, the dining table and barstools provided plenty of seating, and I love that there are 2 coffee machine options (keurig and drip). The primary suite with the balcony off of the bedroom was perfect for morning coffee, and the restroom was big and gorgeous. I can’t say enough positive things about this home! Check in and check out instructions were very clear, but communication with Vacasa could use some improving.

Lots of room

Plenty of room for several families vacationing together, open floor plan for laughter and memories, bedrooms are large with individual bathrooms, the upstairs was designed for kids, a bedroom for parents with bathroom, bunk beds for kids and a large play area. We had an excellent time.

Great rental, disappointing beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palmilla is always clean and a great location, but this year, they did not rake the beach before putting up chairs and umbrellas. A little disappointed that the location we were given had the remnants of a fire pit from the night before and smelled of dead fish.

Beautiful place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time time to visit Port Arkansas. Our rental was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Especially the king beds. Most rentals do not have great beds, But they went all out to make them feel like home. The kitchen was so well equipped you do not have to bring anything except food. There was even an ice maker. Only glitch was guest services said we did not need to reserve a golf cart for the beach on Thursday, there would be plenty, but they were all booked out. Also, off season, no place to eat on property, but found excellent restaurants in town. This location also had construction going on all around, but well insulated so could not hear it unless outside on the deck. Would highly recommend this beautiful townhome, although we did not have kids, you are close to the pool and the bridge to the beach. The bunk room on third floor is a great escape any child would love. Checking in and out was a breeze and so hassle free. Favorite restaurant was Venitian hot plate. Fabulous Italian food. We visited twice. Recommend reservations. Will return again.

Perfect house and location for families

The setup was perfect for me, my husband and kids, my parents, and my sister and her baby. Everyone had their own private rooms and the space accommodated everyone seamlessly! Great location within the complex too with close, easy access to the boardwalk to go to the beach. We will absolutely be renting here again!

Great Place

This is a great place! The house set up was great and the kitchen was very well stocked. Just one minor detail - unless you have a small or midsize vehicle, don't expect to park in the garage. The garage is spacious, but the garage door openings are a bit narrow. Barely got my sister's minivan in the garage.
