Body wash container was empty and I called the service desk and asked for body wash and hand wash and they brought one soap bar for us instead of filling the container. Upon checking in, the front desk told me that they didn’t have any more 2 double bed rooms and they were sold out for the night other than that. The staff did tell me that they had a single king only accessible room that they could give me but they’d be taking away from someone else, which didn’t make any sense to me at all. I had my wife and 3 kids with me so piling into a king bed was not the greatest idea and instead, then staff asked the building team to bring in a rolling bed for the kids to sleep on. While it wasn’t a great option, we took it and the bed showed up about 30-45 minutes after we made it to the room. I don’t know what happened with the reservation, but my suggestion is to keep guests in the correct room type when they reserve it. We were in a pinch as there were no other openings at any other hotels in the area so at least it worked out OK. This was also a Saturday night and there were cars racing down the street and we could hear them past 1AM. Not sure what can be done here other than more police patrol on the streets.

The parking lot is convenient because there are a lot of spaces, but it is expensive and very unconfortable to get in and get out, the card readers and the machine to get the ticket in far from your car window. Also the WiFi is terrible, I couldn´t get a connection during my whole stay.

I came to the Omni for my mom’s 67th birthday and we had a blast! The bar had wonderful shrimp tacos the sauce you put on them are amazing! We went to dinner at the switchgrass and didnt really enjoy it. The service is top tier! We did have a few issues, my sisters hotel room ac wasn’t working and they sent an engineer to fix it right away! My rooms shower kept stopping up while the water was running so we had to cut the water off while lathering up then turn it back on to rinse; it was a pain! But like I said we enjoyed our stay and they were very attentive to us! I do recommend this hotel bc they will try to accommodate you anyway they can!

Nice beach front location, friendly staff, you get one free drink which was very kind, and both of my kids were given a goody bag that had snacks and crafts. My husband and kids had a good time at the pool as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that parking is an additional $32. I personally think that one parking spot should be free with each reservation.
