This place is really nice! They really have thought of everything! Beds were comfortable, only thing I would say is we had to use the bathroom washrags and hand towels for the kitchen and no oven mitts. But Those things were not that big of deal- we would rent here again!!! Beautiful-comfy place!

Perfect space for our large group!

My friends and I had a blast on our annual beach trip! We had 10 recent college grads and there was plenty of space for all of us. The place was private, just a short drive to the beach, and had all the amenities we needed. They even have beach chairs and a canopy for us to enjoy. Early in our stay one of the toilet chains broke and the very next morning Vacasa had maintenance come and fix it for us. The process was very smooth and we were impressed by how quickly and efficiently the issue was resolved! The pool and reserved parking is perfect. The dumpster for our trash is a bit of a walk in the Texas summer heat, but not too bad. Vacasa's app made sharing info and communicating our maintenance problem super easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Family Spot

We had to run down to Port A for a weekend event and needed flexibility & space for our family.. This Units lay out and amenities were perfect for our family with room to spare. The finishes are all updated and modern. It was very clean and they even left a little welcome bag with spare sunscreen and Aloe. Also, the in unit washer & dryer really saved us from our poor packing by allowing us to run a quick load of laundry. We look forward to a longer stay with extra family members in the future..

Great stay

It was clean, and well supplied with everything we needed for the most part. If you’re looking to rent a golf cart then pirates bay isn’t a good location for that. Otherwise it was nice, spacious and very family friendly. The kids loved the pool area and playground.

Perfect Location/Perfect Place for Family Beach Trip

We absolutely loved our stay here. We have been taking annual trips to Port A since before we had a family of our own and wanted to continue the tradition with our toddler. We came down with friends who also have a toddler; it was the perfect place. The condo was super clean (which is huge for me!) and has everything you need, including starter laundry detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper. There was even a little welcome gift for us when we arrived. Very close to the beach (just a 2-4 minute drive) and convenience stores. That was important for us in case we needed last-minute diapers/wipes for the kids. Overall, such a great stay and we would definitely book here again.

Amazing

The house was wonderful. Very clean. Had a few minor things needed attending too but none that can’t be fixed or messed with our vacay. Getting in contact with someone is difficult as you have to call a number and it’s and answering service. However, once you get through they handled the issue perfectly. Recommend leaving pool code in the house so others don’t have to call to get it. Also maybe a map of the complex so guest can find the other pool. Despite this we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I will definitely book this property again

Great place- Family Oriented

We stayed here after Thanksgiving. Check in was very easy. Arrived to find a cute little gift bag with goodies and property had a few Christmas decoration up which made it feel very festive. Property felt very spacious. This is a great property for families. They had provided a pop up tent, chairs and sand toys for the beach. They also had a nice supplied kitchen. TV was equipped with Netflix and lots of board game were provided. Property was very nicely decorated. All the little special touches made us feel right at home. Enjoyed our stay!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fabulous property. Very well designed to make great use of the space making it feel spacious. There are lots of great extras supplied w/ the property for use at the beach during your stay. That was one of the best parts. The pool and playground are also very nice.

Very nice beach house!

This was our second stay at this house. It is great for a big family gathering. We brought our 92 year old mom to the beach (her favorite place to go) and the house has a great layout for her to move around in with her cane, along with easy to use showers. It is in a very good location, just minutes away from the beach and wonderful restaurants (check out Ires!). We especially appreciate the Canopy and beach chairs that they provided along with the beach toys (we used it on our first trip for our children). It all came in very handy at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, they have a good washer/dryer with plenty of hangers to hang dry your clothes (bathing suits) if you don't want to use the dryer. Unfortunately we had to cut this trip short due to a tropical storm Nicholas. We plan to return though!

Great condo!

Loved the condo, plenty of space for our large group! Easy parking , room for all your sandy gear out on the breezeway, and an outdoor shower! Cute decor!
