Overall, it was good. The view was great. The house is right by the boardwalk entrance to the beach, which was super convenient. The house was clean and well represented in the pictures. I wish there were a way to get from the patio to the ground level, but you have to go through the house. The view from the master bedroom was great, but I was disappointed with how dirty the windows were. When there was direct light, the view was obscured by the hazy, windows. There are no restrooms on the ground floor. People coming from the beach who need to use the restroom have to go upstairs through the house. If more than one person needs to use the restroom, you have to go all the way to the top floor, where the other two bathrooms are located.The beach was nice, and our kids had fun in the ocean.We were caught off guard by people driving on the beach, and unfortunately, with it being Spring Break, there were tons of college-age young adults partying there. Periodically, there would be a caravan of police that would come break up their parties, and so they would all get in their cars, crank up their music, and drive down the beach in long, very disruptive caravans. They would rev their engines, fishtail, and sometimes treat the beach like a drag racing strip. My understanding is that this was only normal over spring break, so for those coming at a different time, it might be a better experience.The pool seemed nice, but it was too cold for us to use while we were there.
