Oldie But Well Maintained

The rental is maintained well on the inside considering it's dated style 1960's. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were in fair condition but appeared dirty from improper cleaning. I wore shoes in the bathtub. Bathtubs could use a repainting to make them look like new. The floors were dirty from not being mopped. There was a patch with sticky stuff in the living room area floor. The rental is overall in good condition for the price we paid and for being a pet friendly unit. Plenty of room for a family of 5 or more. Everyone enjoyed the stay. This one rental better than the one I rented last year (or year before).The outside entrance door was off it's hinges and not shutting. Stayed slightly open all the time and would not lock. Some of the stairs up to the front entrance were uneven, chipped off and rotting. Dangerous for older persons like grandma. There is a smell of mold that should be addressed. The smell subtle at times but annoying when trying to sleep. Housekeeping office was available to deliver a broom needed in the rental. A roach or two showed up in the bedrooms.
