Cottage house # 103 dream house

The house was beautiful and very well thought out. The kitchen was amazing, everything included. Loved that the garage had a refrigerator. It made loading the ice chest a breeze. I loved the porch and 3 balconies. The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. 5 TVs were great to keep everybody content. I would definitely love to come back❤️

A ideal family geataway!

This was a well decorated fully furnished ( including the kitchen) spacious townhouse. It was located in a quiet area that was a short walk to the beach. It was good to have 2 car garage in a gated complex. There was an extra refrigerator in the garage which was helpful but made it too hard to park our 2nd full sized truck in the garage. Not really a problem because the unit was near the road outside the complex with easy parking. The weather was too cool when we were there to enjoy the swimming pool but it looked nice. The outdoor kitchens looked nice but were on the other side of the complex so was too much trouble for us to use. The kitchen was so well furnished we didn't miss it. The harder disappointment for us is we brought a kayak and thought it could be launched in the book slips at the docks on the canal but the docks were too high and no handholds to get down to the water. We were able to drive to a park nearby to launch the kayak. We were glad that we brought plenty of food to fix ourselves. We were there during Spring Break week and restaurants had long waiting lines and slow service.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice, however upon arrival, we found the place was not clean. They charge a hefty cleaning fee and to find the refrigerator and stove dirty along with sand everywhere was disappointing. It was never rectified even though we reported it to Turnkey.

Very nice!

Very nice house with plenty of room. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach. The pool was also very nice and we often has it to ourselves. I appreciated having such a small, quiet, gated community for our stay.

Clean house. Good location

The unit was excellent. It was clean. It smelled a little musty, but that’s probably due to the humidity of south Texas. The pool was nice. The outdoor grills were dirty, but that’s not the owner of the units fault.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a week at this amazing Coastal Retreat with the family. Large and airy with so much room, everyone had their own space. Pool area is amazing and rarely had more than a handful of people. My wife and I spent one complete day by ourselves in the pool! Amazing! Super easy access to the beach, golf cart rentals, food and beverage locations. Port Aransas is a 20 minute drive for dining and shopping. If groceries are necessary, 10 minute drive to HEB Superstore with curbside pickup. The townhouse has everything you need when arrive (chairs, ice chest, fishing pools, outdoor fridge for extras). Show up with you bag and some extra sunscreen. Enjoy!

Lovely quiet spot, close to everything

House was clean, kitchen had everything needed , nice gas stove. Bedrooms were beautiful , and master bath had an amazing shower with multiple heads! Quiet, gated Tucked away little spot, one block from whitecap beach entrance! Less than a mile from gift shops, restaurants and Just over the bridge was a mall and retail stores, HEB , and the awesome HORSES ON THE BEACH! We enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous coastal haven!

I ventured out to Corpus with a group of friends at the end of June for a few days and would recommend this townhome to all family and friends! It is a beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean home away from home! Absolutely fabulous location! Not only has a pool onsite, but also walking distance to beach! Delicious restaurants and fun entertainment nearby!

Perfect townhome for a wonderful vacation

The townhouse was immaculate with a very open floor plan, state of the art appliances and plenty of space to move around freely. The pool area is very inviting, with a spacious sun deck, fountains and a few steps from the unit. The boat slips are right by the pool, which gives it a coastal feel. A short walk to the beach, allows for some wonderful walking, sunning or just chilling with friends. There were seven ladies staying for the weekend and we never felt like we were in one another’s space. Great restaurants within a short drive. I would highly recommend this unit for a ladies retreat, fishing weekend or a fun filled family vacation.

Upscale beach townhouse

The townhouse was perfect for our group of five with 3 teens and grandfather. Well decorated with plenty of room. Close to beach either by foot or car. Nice comfy beds and good A/C, wifi and TV. Gated property provided security. Very nice pool and BBQ area. Really liked large master shower after long day at beach. Would definitely stay here again .

Beautiful island town home close to the beach.

This town home is beautifully furnished and all inclusive! We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the location. The gated community was nice as well and the nearby neighbors were very friendly. We hope to have an opportunity to stay here again.

Just Lovely!

Can't say enough about how perfectly appointed this town home is. We felt like it was our own home away from home and the owners were a dream to work with. While we had up to 6 in our group during our week rental, this home could easily accommodate 8 with no one feeling crowded. It's located in a small complex of town homes and therefore quiet yet still close to many coastal activities. Definitely recommend a stay here!
