Minutes away to launch your boat or kayak or good food. With a short drive to Port Aransas or Rockport.
Come to fish, paddle, the beach or shop.
Close to the boat launch on dead-end Street quite nice large back porch and you can sit up front and which the sun go down. In the county so you don't have all those rules to follow. Secure security cameras all around outside to keep an eye on your car or boat.
