This pool side studio has a private balcony overlooking the tropically landscaped pool area where you can sit and watch a beautiful sunset and the Corpus Christi lights come to life at night. With 550 square feet this studio has a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper and will accommodate up to 4 people With a fully equipped kitchen and full bath you should have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With the beach just steps away from the front door, you truly get the best of both worlds.

Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in. It was a bit hard to find but that also means it is off the beaten path and is calm and quiet. Very nice, clean and furnished nicely. The only issue for me was maid came an hour before check out and walked in without even knocking. Not cool. Overall great place

It was a quick weekend spur of the e moment trip and Port A was wonderful! This unit was decorated very well, the bed comfortable, kitchen well stocked. It’s very sandy there and I swept daily but I have to say, the floor was filthy. The place needed a good mopping.. but other than that.. a good time was had by all!
