Nice relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our 3 days at this beach condo. The condo was well decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect, across the street from the pool and club house and a short walk to the beach.

Lovely island getaway

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay at the Carmel. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect- easy walk to the beach and short drive to the grocery store and restaurants.This area has a much more relaxed vibe than nearby Port Aransas. The beds are comfy and the towels soft! The condo is very clean. Plenty of space for us with our 2 adult children. Wonderful private deck with view. Excellent communication with the hosts. So happy we stayed here.

Home Away From Home

Loved the “Carmel”. Excellent hosts! Richard and Marilyn provided so much for our visit. The condo very comfortable and clean. And the location was perfect. And great communication from start to finish. Very happy with our choice to stay at “Carmel”.

Above and Beyond

This condo was absolutely stunning! It was so beautifully decorated and felt like home. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and included lots of extras. They even provided spices for cooking. Richard and Marilyn are excellent hosts and provided exceptional communication through out the entire process. The check in process was seamless. They also provided details about the area and local amenities. Richard and Marilyn were very welcoming and kind. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym area. I wish we could have stayed longer! I would highly recommend staying at this condo, you won't regret it!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Carmel. It is a lovely unit and equipped with everything. Clean and well maintained, comfy beds, and nicely furnished. We would certainly book it again.

Didn’t want to leave

Very nice location for our families celebrations for a wedding and beach baptism. The beds were very comfortable. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t notice the beach towels in the master closet until the 2nd day. Will be sure to rent here again if ever back to Corpus.

Amazing!

Everything was wonderful. Our entire stay was so relaxing. The AC worked great, which was a perfect escape from this Texas heat. Both beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the peaceful view of the pond, jumping fish, and sound of the breeze blowing over the water while sitting on the back porch. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The host replied quickly to any messages I sent. We couldn’t ask for more. We loved it so much and wanted to move in. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing

This property is so perfect! The pool is literally steps away from the front door. The Back patio has a great view of the pond and some wild life. We saw gulls, cranes, crackles, prairie dogs and a mother possum and her 5 babies. Check In/Out super easy. The condo was beautifully decorated and so clean. The Beds were extremely comfortable. Its very close to everything and anything you need. The beach is within walking distance. So Amazing we didn't want to leave. 5 🌟 stars. Highly recommend!

Texas Beach Trip

This condo was great and the owners have thought of many extras to make you comfortable, for example dish soaps and sponge, many kitchen supplies and gadgets. The TV and streaming access was exceptional. Beds were very comfortable and the condo is in one of the best locations for this complex. Communication with the owners was exceptional. Good value for the money. Would recommend and would stay there again.

We loved our time at the Carmel, and would definitely 100% stay again. They had all the necessary amenities & then some! My family and I truly enjoyed our time here at the condo, it was a home away from home. The pool was easily accessible and the sun rises/ sets its a perfect location! Location is great.

This property’s location to the beach makes up for any other minor nuances. There was left over shampoo and and hair in the bathtub from assuming previous guest. Ceilings are pretty thin and this being a first floor apartment there were times we heard our neighbors above. All in all Richard and Marilyn’s condo is welcoming and well decorated, they had wonderful communication and clear instructions on check in and check out. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Great property and location

Great property and location. We stayed here for our daughter’s birthday. It was a perfect space! Will say that the property has tons of stickers in the grass which was a little frustrating with the assigned parking space right at the end. Otherwise, seriously can’t say anything negative because it’s a perfect vacation spot!

Loved our stay at the Carmel by the Sea. I loved the location on the bottom floor next to the lake and pool. I have already told family and friends about this place and would highly recommend it to all.
