Good location

Condo was as stated on Vrbo with the exception of thinking it was water facing by pictures listed. Great location and amenities were good.

Southern Comfy!

Recharged my batteries on this vacation. The fishing was exciting. The area beach home tour was nice. A very relaxing place to stay with family.

Stay was overall good. The location was great and convenient. The condo was nice however it was not very clean. There was mold in the fridge and kitchen appliances were not cleaned. The outside porch is big and nice but there were cigarette butts everywhere.

Super nice condo with a balcony!!

The coils have a lot of corrosion. If the AC unit were replaced, this condo is absolutely perfect.

Bay Tree Stay

The description of the condo is inaccurate, numerous things wrong. The condo was not accurate about being stocked, 2 towels, the kitchen sink smelled horrible due to the disposal, the shower was has mold on head and shower walls and floor. Also the A/C does not work to cool.I do not recommend this place to anyone, for the money I paid ,we could have stayed somewhere much nicer.

Fourth of July get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good. Minor complaints are we needed to do laundry and realized our machine door would not close and would display an error message, so we had wet dirty clothes and beach towels to bring home. I would also suggest a portable ac unit or mini split. The bathroom was unbearably hot and our unit stayed pretty warm despite keeping all curtains and doors shut with window unit set to 65 degrees.

Light colored rug in living room area was very dirty especially next to couch where you had to eat because there was no table or bar to eat at. We didn’t notice no table. Very clean otherwise. Would stay again only not in this particular condo.

The only problem is that the shower water is never hot, the water even on the highest temperature is no where near lukewarm. It was very disappointing. The reason for the 3 starts is due to the water temperature in the shower.
