Spacious 2-floor apartment. Near Gouvia, just 7km from Corfu Old Town and 4km from the port, it provides easy access to Corfu’s highlights while being a peaceful oasis with a large (40 sq m) private balcony with a pool & garden view. Guests can enjoy modern amenities, such as high-quality mattresses, a spacious kitchen, and fast WiFi, as well as a 50 sq. m. shared pool and BBQ area. Ideal for relaxing, working, or exploring, this apartment is the perfect base for an unforgettable Corfu getaway.

--- The space ---
Our 200 sq. meter apartment, split between two levels (one of which is the attic) comfortably accommodates 7 guests. The first floor includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two cozy bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The second floor (attic) includes one large bedroom (double bed) with its own private bathroom and a comfortable sitting room (with one sofa-bed).

Our beds are equipped with high-quality, ergonomical mattresses, with a hard and soft side for maximum comfort. We've also added a mattress topper for extra softness.

The apartment boasts a spacious kitchen and dining area, equipped with everything you need for cooking, including an oven, hot plates, a fridge-freezer, a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. The dining table seats eight, perfect for enjoying meals together.

Relax in the living room on the sofas and armchairs, ideal for watching TV on our 43-inch screen with a smart box for streaming services and YouTube.

The first-floor bathroom is roomy, with a full bath and a washing machine. The second-floor bathroom is smaller, en suite the bedroom.

The first floor provides access to a very large balcony/veranda (40 sq. m.), which we have equipped with outdoor furniture to create an open-air sitting area and a dining table. The balcony has a breath-taking view of the swimming pool, our garden and the surrounding area.

Step outside to a patio overlooking our lush garden and shared swimming pool. The patio is furnished for dining or enjoying drinks in the open air. For BBQ enthusiasts, there's an outdoor BBQ and dining area in the garden, shared but spacious enough for all.

The swimming pool, spanning 50 sq. meters, is also shared, providing a refreshing retreat. The garden is child-friendly, featuring swings and ensuring a safe, serene, and cool environment during summer nights.

Guests have full private access to the apartment, including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, and balconies. The balconies are furnished for outdoor dining, offering a view to the lush garden and swimming pool.

Shared spaces include the 50 sq. m. swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off, and the BBQ area, spacious enough for all guests to enjoy. The garden is child-friendly and offers a safe and serene environment. Private parking is also included, ensuring ease of access during your stay. Guests are welcome to use these shared spaces while respecting the privacy and comfort of others.

The apartment includes 2 floors, connected via indoor staircase.

The first floor includes 2 bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds), 1 bathroom (with bath), kitchen/dining room, sitting room and 4 balconies.

The second floor is an attic and includes: 1 bedroom (double bed) with private bathroom (with shower), 1 sitting room (extra sofa-bed) and 2 small balconies.

There are another 4 apartments for rent in the building overall, so even though you have exclusive access to the apartment, you might see other guests in the grounds and swimming pool.
