House Rules:
Damage Deposit is 500 euro in cash when you arrive and on the day of departure you will take it back if there is no damage to the property.

- Extra charge EUR 80 per day if you want to use the jacuzzi. We recomend to open the jakuzi and the option to heat the pool one days before you arrive to be in the good temperature.

- Extra charge of EUR 80 per day if you want to use the option to heat the pool from September to May.

- Check-in time is 16pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Quiet hours from 23h-07h.
- Early check in and late check out is possible but is extra cost
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
