For what I paid to stay here it was definitely not worth it! The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy literally. The bed sheets were stained. The bathroom was not clean and was extremely outdated. I would not stay again or recommend this place.

Carpet was filthy, with holes. This place is cost effective, yes, but not worth the savings. Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from- but should be extended by 1 hour, as it was packed with guests, not restocking. The “eggs” were the worst ever.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The pool and exercise room were well kept. I would stay there again.

Lacking for expectations

Location is great! Breakfast is subpar, knats, and waiting for utensils to be refilled frequently. Carpet in our room was sticky, rolled to the middle of the queen bed, pillows were lumpy. Bathroom was clean.

Overall it was a solid hotel for the price point. Everything was clean. Our beds needed replacing and our sink and tub drained painfully slow. The worst part was the awful youth baseball team that was in the hotel all weekend. As a mother of 3, I understand these types of events but this group and the parents were truly awful. 11pm is too late for running in halls and parents loudly talking and drinking in the halls. It is possible to teach your kids to not run and to not slam doors. We won't even talk about how horrible they were in the pool and not a single parent to be found.

I would suggest you check if theres a Baseball Game on before you book this motel. We had kids running the hallway all evening, the "adult" in room 319/317 decided she would play knock and run on our door for her entertainment. Breakfast was ok, if you dont mind competing with 50 kids. Other than that, it would have been a good stay.

My stay at this property was very enjoyable. Its a very nice hotel with a great staff. They go above and beyond with their customer service to ensure that the guests have an enjoyable experience. The hotel and staff made my visit so good that forcall my upcoming visits to Iowa, i will stay there.
