Each bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels, toiletries, and plenty of space to get ready for the day. The private bathroom in the Master is a shower only layout. No tub is included in this modern 2024 floorplan.
The shared bathroom offers a clean, bright space, while the master bathroom gives you extra privacy with its double sinks and walk-in shower.

Outdoor Space
Step outside to the large backyard—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing in the fresh air, or having an outdoor meal. The peaceful, quiet atmosphere makes it easy to unwind. A private fence is tentative for Q2 2025. For now, the huge backyard is shared.

This is a duplex townhouse with 2 dedicated parking spaces. Please note, GARAGE SPACE IS NOT INCLUDED. The home is equipped with an ADT alarm system and additional security features for your peace of mind, ensuring maximum family comfort and safety.

Any lost keys, manually locking the doors upon exit (Lock only via keypad from the outside) will require $200 Locksmith charge at the guests' expense. (or whatever the company charges)
