The room was very clean, I love that the floors are NOT carpet! It’s pet friendly. A bonus: Hotels. Com said fee for a pet was $10/night. The hotel’s policy was actually $20/night. The hotel staff honored the Hotels.com price. Very nice. I saw 3 staff members and they were all friendly.

The value for money was excellent. The female staff member at the front desk was kind and the breakfast was good. I appreciated the clean interior. My only suggestion is that the pillows were less comfortable than those at a luxury hotel.

I reserved at this hotel last minute since it was getting dark on my way from Houston to Dallas and the reviews were decent. As a frequent traveler and hotel snob, I wasn’t expecting much since the price seemed unreasonably low and as I drove up it looked like a trucker stop. Boy, so much for assumptions and low expectations! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and well kept it was, even better than many of the places I’ve stayed in. I saw housekeeping often cleaning around, and not just during check-in/out, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. It had a small town vibe, with every guest I encountered being friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself needing a place to lay my head on my way through town.

This place was amazing and so accomodating. I came to conroe for the Renaissance Festival and some sight-seeing. First, the good. It was so clean when we entered, absolutely everything was spottless, the blankets and pillows were warm and comfy, the wifi was quick, the supplies provided by the hotel were standard but good. The bathrooms came with shampoo, soap, conditioner, body moisturizer, makeup remover, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful if i had any questions. The best thing by far was the breakfast. Absoluteky amazing selection for a small hotel. Every day there weredifferent selections of eggs, cute texas shaped waffles, some variation of sausage or meat (which i didn't eat, so i cant speak for taste), and yogurt. They also had cereal, boiled eggs, milk, coffee, various teas, oatmeals, hot cocoa, toast, muffins (chocolae, apple pie, nuts and more). I was able to book a room on very short notice, and it was very easy. The area is safe and has an IHOP right next to it if you waht a different breakfast. The only small issues were these: the pillows are very soft but did not provide a lot of support so you had to double layer if you want more support. The walls are also a little thin so of someone is being noisy in the room next to you, youre gonna hear it. Finally, the trolleys that you can use to bring in many bags at once were hard to maneuver. These are all small issues but the overall stay at this hotel was wonderful and i would definitely recommend it.
