Pros:4 BR (twin w/ trundle in Main BR)3 full bathKeurig w/ Kcups Mgr. responsive to texts regarding issues below but sadly, these things should be addressed as part of ongoing property management BEFORE guests arrive. No confidence.Clean bed linensCons:Mice – Mice droppings in bedrooms. Mice running across rooms. I live in a rural setting, and we carefully manage our home to avoid all critters. It can be done.Odor - Main BR closet non-functional due to horrible smell permeating the main suite (as if the septic is off-gassing into closet. Kitchen- The dishes/ glasses not clean, needed to be washed. 3 coffee mugs for a house that lists it accommodates 10 people. Kitchen is not equipped for cooking dinners. Had trouble with the dishwasher machine. It wouldn’t regularly drain. Bath and kitchen towels need cleaning and replacement.Living room/dining room – Lamp doesn’t work. Two-seater sofa in LV (listing says two sectionals). Dining table/ chairs are unstable. When people would lean on the table, it would sway.Interior/Exterior – Either rot or disrepair of exterior, interior ceiling damage. No exterior lighting except two small bulbs at the end of the driveway. The house was unlit at night. Location – House located in remote, secluded, heavily wooded area. There is NOTHING around, 30 minutes from anything (groceries, coffee, gas, restaurants, anything). We have iPhones with national carriers and had 1 or 2 bars at the house and along the road SOS.
