Beautiful and cozy apartment located in a very quiet, landscaped urbanization with private parking (very important in the months of July and August). No need to use the car to get around. Very sunny accommodation with views (it is close to the Gaudí Capricho).

It has an entrance hall, kitchen with terrace-drying rack, living room with glazed gallery from floor to ceiling and mountain balcony, distributor with 2 stair steps that gives access to 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 each: the first with a bed 1'50 and balcony, and the second with 2 beds of 90 and sofa-bed of 80, bathroom with separate toilet. Well placed holiday apartment
The apartment was clean, bright and airy and only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and shops. It was great to have the parking facility as parking can be difficult in Comillas.
Mar and her husband were there to greet us and give us the keys and made us feel very welcome.

Super location, super hostess
We had a lovely stay at Mar's apartment in the center of Comillas. The location is great if you want to be close to the center of town without wanting the crowds and noise.The apartment is very practical. My only reco is to improve the cutlery and plates. The bedrooms are lovely and a very practical bathroom.Mar was a great hostess and had everything ready for us upon our arrival. Thanks you!

Vacaciones familiares en Comillas
Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en Comillas, el apartamento de Mar reúne todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones, muy agradable, equipado y limpio. La situación es inmejorable para realizar excursiones y moverse por la zona.

Apartamento muy acogedor.
El apartamento está muy bien situado, aunque en la página web no se indicaba bien el acceso. Los dueños del apartamento fueron muy amables, tanto los días previos a nuestra estancia, como una vez allí, facilitándonos todo lo necesario, por lo que estuvimos muy cómodos en el apartamento. Muy bien cuidado y limpio. Alrededor, muy cerca, hay supermercado y tiendas para comprar, también cafeterías y otros locales para comer o tomar algo. Andando, muy cerca está el Capricho de Gaudí, cuya visita es interesante. Ideal para pasear a pie o para ir en el coche a lugares cercanos, como Santillana del Mar, Cóbreces, Suances... o no tan cercanos como Potes o Fuente Dé. Un Fin de Año estupendo allí.
