St Amand de Coly

There was no-one to greet us on arrival. When the lady did arrive she didn’t come over the door to show us anything. The upstairs shower was broken, we were told a plumber had been sent but nobody came. The photos on line are very out of date. There are loose chunks of stonework around the property. On arrival the house was full of flies and wasps. The area was nice, with good places to visit. We were disappointed with the property, sadly. The week before we had stayed in another HomeAway house, it was lovely.

Très agréable sejour dans ce gite plein de charme

Malgré la proximité des autres gites, l'endroit est au calme au milieu de la nature. La maison est très bien agencée, rien ne manque. La piscine n'est pas chauffée mais la temperature extérieure nous fait d'autant plus apprécier sa fraîcheur. Nous avons eu un souci avec le frigo/congelateur pourtant neuf et tres rapidement Sophie et André nous ont depanné d'un autre frigo, le reparateur est tres vite intervenu. La situation du gite est idyllique pour visiter cette magnifique region. La cuisine , la salle de bain et le salon ont ete rénovés avec beaucoup de gout, les photos sont à réactualiser. L'exterieur est vieillissant et meriterait un petit rajeunissement ainsi que le mobilier de jardin. Merci aux proprietaires. Marie ange

Maison très agréable bien équipée

Très jolie maison, proche de deux autres villas de location, avec cuisine équipée, belle piscine privée et vue magnifique et dégagée sur des champs et les bois. Jardin non clos. Bel accueil (vin dans le frigidaire). Wifi. Proximité du très beau village de Saint Amand de Coly et de ceux de Saint Génies et Montignac-Lascaux. Point faible, le côut élevé du ménage: forfait unique de 100 euros quel que soit le nombre de personnes (nous étions 2 et n’avons pas utilisé l’etage) et il y en avait pour 2 h maximum de ménage. Forfaitchien également injustifié ( pas de présence dans la maison de tapis, de moquette ou de canapés en tissu pouvant justifier un ménage complémentaire).
