There was a hole started in the bedroom wall. There was scuffed up paint all over the room. We didn’t use the TV or the microwave or the refrigerator so I can’t testify to that bath towels were dirty. The bathroom was terrible bubbles in the paint on the walls baseboards missing a space in the door jam no privacy in the bathroom hair in the bathtub but the shower pressure was great. The complementary coffee was opened packages, not sealed the outlet at the bathroom. Vanity was barely attached to the wall. The neighbors were very loud. The air conditioning unit was very loud, but it helped drowned out the neighbors noise. The first problem was checking in. We had to wait five minutes for somebody to come to the desk at two in the afternoon then we walked outside into our room and the keys did not work. We had to go back to the desk twice to get the keys activated.

The hotel was staffed by people who seemed inexperienced in hospitality services. Our room only had a cover and sheet on the bed, we also lacked towels and pillows. When we requested these items we were given only one pillow and ended up buying our own blankets and towels. Checking out was also a disaster with no one being at the front desk or answering calls. Really tanks the Wyndham brand.

The location is a bit odd and unsafe. There’s a big truckers stop next to it where it’s hard to get out of. The breakfast is somewhat thrown together with little offerings. Staff was nice though.

dirty pool

i called before booking to make sure that the pool was open. I was told that it was. I must have forgotten to ask if it was clean. the pool was very green, you could barely see he light that was in it. I felt dirty just looking at it.

Don't stay at this property.

I am disappointed that Hotels.com would have a property, such as this, as a selection. Only 1 chair in the room and it was a beat up office chair. The towels were threadbare. The refrigerator worked but had 6" of ice inside. The pool had such green water that the bottom was not visible. It was noisy, doors slamming and people's voices. The Continental breakfast was a joke. Bagels, dry cereal and coffee. And finally, as we pulled in upon arrival, the Days Inn sign was strapped to a pole. We are extremely disappointed.

The pictures on the site were totally different then the hotel, it had outside entrance, which we would never reserve, because we are three ladies and are concern about safety. The door on the room had to be pushed open. The room stunk like mildew.
