Hotel was very nice. However at checkin was informed that my reward points would be applied to my account. they were not. I contacted the hotel and they informed me would have to contact Wyndham. when i did they said that points could not be applied since i did not book at them. will not be staying with Wyndham again

Room was decent but much smaller than expected. Pretty sure a baby spider ran off the bed when i started spraying my Lysol but i couldn't find it. I did not like how my room was outside at what i thought was an indoor hotel. Did not eat breakfast so cant rate that. Staff i encountered was pleasant.
