On wednesday night at between 10 and 10:15 PM there was a banging on the door that scared the crap out of me. we waited a while and my daughter opened the door and no on was there. she reported it to the desk clerk and the clerk came up but no one was there. i could not sleep all night because i thought someone was going to break in. i was very upset. this has never happened to me before at any of the Marriott's i have stayed at.

Expensive pet fee with stressed receptionist

The front desk person looked stressed when we checked in. We only received one key card because they were running low. The pet fee was $75 for one night stay, expensive.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff hardworking and professional. The hotel was clean, quiet, beautiful, and comfy. The food was really bad. That was my only concern. Afterwards we had the best food at Kiki’s chicken and waffles so it all worked out. Win win all the way around.

The shower in the room had the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced at a hotel, this place looks brand new but shower was horrible, very disappointing as the rest was great
