Pictures looked great on the website, with easy commute to Ft. Jackson. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a list of cards and financial institutions that they did not take. Almost everything in my wallet was on that list. It’s winter, it’s cold outside. I wasn’t expecting to walk into a warm hotel, only to walk outside to access the room. Door to the room was difficult to open, sink handles were broken and turned in different directions, and when you were able to get the sink turned on, it sprayed like a fire hose from the spout. The tub spout also pulled out from the wall and wasn’t secured. $100 deposit is a crime, especially when booking through a 3rd party.

The bathrooms were not clean. I had to get my room changed because the of the lack of cleanliness issue and the room they moved me to was worse than the one I was in… there were cob webs in the corners of the walls… rust and dirt stains all around in the tub and bathroom… the big light in the room did not work. It wasn’t great at all.

Room was not very clean. There were stains on the sheets and hair in the tub. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed.
