Little Gembwith largevyard

Check in & out was stress free and easy. The yard is huge and fenced in. Although we had a day and a half of rain we made the best of it and the last 2 days of our stay was spectacular. The location is excellent. The furnishings were comfortable and all slept well. There were 3 in our group and we had plenty of space to be together or separate in your own space. Kerri was quick to respond to any questions. Great Dtay, enjoyable home and great location,

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
First off the place smelled musty and like dog, fridge was not cleaned and the pull out couch the bed had been removed and left in the garage that was also un able to park in without moving stuff that was in the way . Dog hair on kitchen chair. Windows that were broken and missing screens. I understand pet friendly but it should not be overwhelming of dog smell. We contacted the property manager and she stated the carpet in the bedroom that had the smell had be cleaned twice the month prior and was unaware it still smelled and that the carpet needs to be replaced. They did bring in a ozone cleaner and that did help the smell some. These are things that should not happen, we asked for a discount and said we could get one for a friendly review but I am not playing that game. Do not rent this home
