Create unforgettable vacation memories in our beautifully renovated Modern Farmhouse, perfect for gatherings of up to 14 loved ones. Nestled on five serene, private acres, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while being just 15 minutes away from your favorite local restaurants and bars.
We lightly decorate the inside and outside of our homes for the holiday season, including a Christmas tree for your family and friends' holiday celebrations. In the past few years, we have had a white Christmas with snow for the young and young at heart to enjoy. If conditions are right, we have a hill on our property that makes sledding a thrilling and joyful experience. We have a few sleds in the basement for your use. One of our favorite guest memories was when an entire extended family made a lifesize snowman and set him by our front door.
Inside the Home:
Gourmet Kitchen:
- Equipped with an 8-burner gas cooktop, dual convection ovens, and a warming drawer.
- A stunning live edge dining table that seats 8-12, plus a spacious breakfast bar for additional seating.
- Extra folding chairs are stored in the laundry closet for your convenience.
Bedroom Comfort:
Main Level: Enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed in the master suite, which has a lavish 5-piece ensuite featuring an oversized soaking tub, a spacious shower with dual shower heads, and a stunning rain-head from Restoration Hardware. Adjacent to the master, there’s a cozy room with a trundle bed, perfect for kids or guests preferring to avoid stairs.
-Upper Level: Two additional bedrooms await, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and two twin bunk beds. These rooms share an expansive split 4-piece bath with dual vanities and an oversized soaking tub, ensuring ample space for your group.
Walkout Basement: Revel in 10-foot ceilings and high-end amenities as you find two more bedrooms (one king and one queen) and a luxurious bathroom featuring an oversized shower with a rain head, handheld shower, and body jets, providing a spa-like experience. A wet bar adds to the entertaining options downstairs.
The house will sleep 14 people in very comfortable beds. We can accommodate a few more than that on air mattresses if needed. We have several sizes of air mattresses and bedding for them. Please contact me if you would like to have more than 14 people. We are willing to accommodate, but we must discuss parking options and minor details.

-Indoor Fun: A Sonos sound system fills the home with music as you dive into family board games or curl up with a captivating book.
_Enjoy a pool game on our 8-foot Conley Pool Table or a competitive match in ping pong.
Outdoor Paradise:
-Supersized Deck & Patios: Start your day with sunrise views from the eastern deck and sip hot coffee by the gas firepit. Wind down with a glass of wine on the front porch swing while watching the sunset.
- Enjoy al fresco dining under the stars with a natural gas grill and cozy seating options for gathering around multiple fire pits.
-Lower Level Patio: Roast marshmallows over the natural fire pit (bring your own wood) and engage in outdoor games like corn hole, bocce ball, croquet, or ladders. On the north side of the house, you can shoot hoops in the concrete basketball area. In winter, enjoy sledding on your very own hill with provided sleds.
- Relax in the spacious, pristine, luxurious hot tub that comfortably accommodates eight guests.
