Booked this place with my wife for a weekend away. First, the positive…super cute house. Hot tub was perfect-hot and bubbly! Kitchen was well stocked and tons of coffee choices. Bed is in the loft so not accessible unless you’re good with stairs, but an absolutely lovely place. No issues at all with the location or house. Now the negative…the evening we got there we noticed the kitchen sink was not draining. It had been very cold the previous week and so assumed the pipes had frozen. We’re from Colorado, we own rental properties, we get that stuff happens and weren’t worried. We messaged that there was a plumbing issue but no need to worry about it until tomorrow. We got back an automated (?) message saying that they were sorry and the issue had been escalated. Long story short, the managers never reached back out to us. We reached out again three more times the next day (when the shower was finally backing up with toilet sewage!) and still could not get any response except that it had been “escalated” to the team. 3pm the second day, we inquired again and were told that someone would be by between 4-5 and hopefully they could fix it. We had dinner plans and nowhere to shower or brush our teeth, so we messaged that we were leaving and wanted a refund.After more attempts at communication over the next week, we were sent a little over half of our money back, still with no communication about what had happened. Cute place, unacceptable management.
