Week long graduation stay

This was our first time doing a vacation rental home ever! And it was a great, seamless experience. We booked months out in advance of my son’s college graduation date. The owner texted me the access code early on, and checked in every once in a while until our stay. I had several questions as to where things were located while there and response was very prompt. The house was big and clean, everything I expected. Actually bigger than expected. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and the large park behind is a bonus! This is a perfect place for a family to stay and feel at home. The house was well stocked with supplies which was great! I felt so at home here, it was an excellent experience and made visiting for my son’s graduation all the better!

Groom and groomsmen's party

This home was rented for the weekend for a groom and his groomsmen. They enjoyed having a place to hang out in the days leading up to the wedding. It was a very comfortable place to stay. Josh was an excellent host. Very responsive to questions.

The house was great but it was not cleaned properly before we arrived. The trash was still in a few of the garage bins in the bathroom and kitchen. 2 showers were not cleaned as there were dirty shower caps left in the shower. Lights were not "strong" as they flickered and then would go dim. Everything else was great. Location was nice and quiet.

Home away from Home

My best description is the house felt very “homey.” There was plenty of living space and great open space beyond the backyard. Our favorite spot to hang out for the 6 of us (all adults) was the big living room couch / sectional. We spent fun times there laughing, chatting, and enjoying. The bedrooms and beds were all quite comfortable. There was a good size newer model refrigerator, the oven was actually a double oven, there was an extra-large toaster oven plus a microwave along with the BBQ which gave us plenty of cooking options and we used them all! We also had enough plates, cups, glasses, etc. to cover our needs. The Property Manager Joshua was fantastic. The rental process and email communications from the start were quick and helpful. We had a few questions once we arrived, and the responses were instant. There was a minor issue with a blind in the bedroom and Joshua was there to get it fixed right away. We wanted a very specific location in town and this property worked out beautifully while still being central for our nights out on the town. We had a wonderful 3 night getaway.

Spacious and great for families

We had a family gathering with members coming from various states and it was the perfect place. The house is in a nice, safe neighborhood and very spacious. You can tell a lot of work has been put into the house and it has some nice touches. The host was very responsive to the minor maintenance issues that did arise and is very friendly. The best feature for me as a mom was that the house backs up to a green space and playground.

Family friendly home

Our family of five had plenty of space and appreciated having a bed for everyone. The location worked well for visiting with local family and heading out on daily excursions. The host is very responsive and kind.
