Great casino and in room dining. As close to a Vegas hotel as you can find in this entire area of Colorado. Highly recommended to visit or stay, didn’t try the spa or heated rooftop pool but they looked great

We always have a great time here; the staff is great and always helpful. The downfall is that you cannot make phone calls here, if you attach to the Wi-Fi, you can text, but you still cannot make or receive phone calls.

If you are a gambler, what a great place to come. We are not gamblers and still enjoyed our stay with clean updated rooms at a very reasonable price. Iw ish there were more restraint options in town though.

When I arrived the computers were down so I could not check in for about 30 minutes. The shower/tub combo was very hard to get in and the bottom of the tub was very slippery, they did not have a rubber mat to put in the tub. The east tower elevators were down for at least 8 hours. The staff used the service elevators to take me to my room, when I could have used the west tower elevators. I would not stay at this hotel if I visited Cripple Creek again.

No fridge in room, requested one (online). The third one FINALLY worked. Light bulb burnt out on the desk. The in-room phone did NOT have any numbers for room service etc. The valet service was superb!! Customers be aware of in room mini-bar.
