No A/C is kinda unacceptable in 2025 in a city where during late September had 30 degrees and the sun was hitting our room from 2-3pm. But apart from this, the floor was just poorly vacuumed, no mopped as well. Cleaning could be definitely to better standards. Another issue was with the check-in process. While I like the self-check in, when you arrive with 2 kids, taking passport details from everyone is a bit excessive. We stayed in K-Apart in Stuttgart as well, and it was the same. Lastly, breakfast was kinda confusing. The restaurant wouldn’t even let us take still water up the room, the lady in the morning was pretty rude as well (probably cause we were foreigners) and the food quality was at best “poor” - 2 boiled eggs half an hour before breakfast was ending, a somewhat cold omelette and 1 piece of bacon chopped. Paying 27€ for this is pretty bad. Either offer real breakfast, with decent coffee from a machine or do not. I am giving 3 stars as the location was convenient to the city centre to drive by car but that’s it. The receptionists were polite along with the rest of the staff we met. So minuses, breakfast, check-in process and cleaning.

Ein perfekter Service die Frau an der Rezeption war trotz unser tollpatschig immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir nochmal nach Köln/Phantasialand ist Kapart aufjedenfall unser go to Hotel.

The apartment is divided into 2 apartments. they did not make a bed before we checked in. The place had a humid smell. Not very accessible.

Arriving at the property we were a little unsure about the booking as it seemed to be in a bit of an industrial area. However, once we saw the main buildings and checked in, we were extremely happy. This was a fantastic room! It was huge with a nice saddle up bar in the kitchenette area and had a nice balcony to soak up some German summer sun. Being outside of downtown Cologne was a big plus as it was super quiet overnight. Getting to Cologne was easy using the fantastic DB train system. The gentleman at reception/check-in went above and beyond by helping us figure out how to use the train system app and where/how to get tickets and get on the train. This was one of the best customer service experiences we had while in Germany. If you are planning to visit Cologne I highly recommend this property as it gives you a quiet and comfortable accommodation while being a quick and easy train ride from downtown and old town Cologne.

zum zweiten mal zufrieden ich komme bestimmt wiede

Schönes grosses Zimmer und auch Bett. Dusche war sauber und in Ordnung nur die Handbrause bräuchte einen vernünftigen Duschkopf. Gegend etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum aber nach an den EMG Studios. check in auch digital möglich. Personal Hürther Wirtshaus wo ist die Kölner Frohnatur niemand kann was dafuer dass ihr arbeiten müsst.

Extended my stay as I was too comfortable to leave. Breakfast was absolutely perfect with eggs, meats, cheese, bacon, coffee, fruit, yogurt (13.50€). Perfect display. Ok, why has nobody reviewed the gym. I didn’t even know it existed until I was walking back from bus and found it by accident in the hotels second bldg area on my second day. Fantastic gym you guys!!! Everything you need and I’m a professional bodybuilder so I’ve been to a lot of gyms. The walk to trams, buses and train are about 15minutes realistically and there are lots of steps for the train area so carrying luggage was very difficult keep in mind. The staff was very lovely and the place was impeccable. The room thermostat is adjustable by guest as well. I had a keurig and refrigerator as well. Enjoy!!!!
