Great family house

A great house for a bunch of people to stay! My extended family and I stayed here for a weekend to attend an anniversary party and we all fit comfortably in the house! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was adequately stocked. It was also a quick walk to the little cove around the corner to go to the beach.

Fantastic host! Great property!

Host was amazing!!! This property was perfect for our family and friends. The attention to detail within the home was unlike any property rented in the past. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Everyone had a blast.

Sparkling Home

Our family had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home. The house was amazingly clean, well stocked, beautiful and roomy. Comfortable beds and a wonderful backyard to relax and visit made it the perfect place to stay. Libby is wonderful to work with if you have questions and check in and out was a breeze.

Spring Break

This was our second time staying here. Wonderful as always. Kids had a blast playing outside in the safe neighborhood. Clean , relaxing, and peaceful. We will be back.

Unbelievable property!! The house is very nice and well kept. We loved the open spaces and the hot tub. Great house for kids because they have scooters, pickleball, and other outside games. Plenty of linens for everyone and very comfortable beds. House manager (Libby) responded immediately!! Will for sure book this house again!!!

Graduation Celebration

Our family celebrated our daughter graduating from Sam Houston St with her Master's degree. It was a great experience. All the little details were taken care of and we were made to feel right at home. It had plenty of area to visit with family and just hang out. This is a great property and we would go back for sure.

Perfect for my teens

House is better in person than in pictures; it is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. The teens loved the community and beach access to lake--they spent the whole day there! Kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in for a crowd. Having the TV's in the bedrooms was great because we were able to retreat to the master and let the kids hang in the living room. Overall a great location and wonderful property.

Perfect for a big group

House was perfect for mine and my sister’s families. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. It had all the amenities you could need. The back yard was huge with an outdoor kitchen and patio. The house is just a short drive to the marina. We would totally stay here again.

Awe some property, great for small children

This was just perfect for us to bring the family together for a few days. Comments: not enough coffee, no vinegar, no spoons or forks for small kids, the benches at the dinner table are very dangerous, both my wife and daughter ended up on the floor with the bench on top of them. The memory foam matrasses are not good for people with back issues. We had a hard time with this very advanced TV system. Supper is 22 miles away, so bring everything. Bron Rooda

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here over the weekend while in town for a wedding. The house was great, very clean, well decorated and furnished with everything you would need for a weekend getaway. All three couples who stayed with us all commented on how comfortable their beds were. The host has done a great job of thinking about all the “little things” that you may have forgotten like toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. and has stocked each bathroom with spares for your use. We didn’t have our kids with us this weekend, but there were several little toys, books, etc. that were available for kids to play with if they were there. The host had a simple gift basket with marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolates and everything you would need for Smore’s around the fire pit on the back patio. Communication was great, we felt very safe in the gated community, and would most definitely stay here again if we make our way back to Livingston!

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood

We stayed at this property over a long weekend to celebrate both my son’s birthday and Spring Break. We had two families here with a total of 4 kids (ages 2-7). We had plenty of room for everyone, and all of the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen has very nice appliances with all of the cookware and tools you would need. The home is very tastefully decorated without feeling stuffy or like you’ll be worried about your kids breaking something expensive. The backyard and driveway were perfect entertainment areas. We took advantage of the hot tub, fire pit, grill, and garage with lots of toys! The neighborhood is quiet and the home is on a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic. In the area, we took the kids fishing by the marina, went for a hike through the woods, and enjoyed the playground. It was a very relaxing trip and yet still had plenty of entertainment for the kids. None of us wanted to leave when our stay was up! The owners were super friendly, communicative, and helpful. We had a minor issue with a smoke detector going off, and it was quickly resolved by the owner. She also left a birthday card and a few snacks for my son’s birthday which was a nice touch! We would absolutely stay at this property again!
