The beds were absolutely horrible. They were the most uncomfortable things I've slept on. Every night when we came back, there were trash cans in the halls full of trash. They were constantly cleaning from the time we left till we got back. They offered free soup from 5-9, but it was cold until about six thirty seven o'clock.

The hotel is old, no elevator and just gave overall "scary" vibes. We checked in, then immediately started searching for a new hotel. While in town, a local cop told us that they are constantly being called to this hotel and that the night prior they just did a drug bust and pulled out a ton of fentanyl. He recommended a new hotel just down the street and told us we absolutely should not stay at the Quality Inn. We grabbed our bags and left out the side door. Didn't even ask for a refund.

The staff at this property was very unhelpful. With a booking reservation issue. I ended up spending the better part of three hours with customer service for Travelocity. Travelocity customer service was spot on and helped me in every way possible but ultimately the staff at the hotel was unwilling or unable to confirm the reservation that Travelocity had and confirmed. Ultimately they were able to

The room smelled like an ashtray and they would not let me change rooms or give me a refund so I was stuck. I could’ve left, but I didn’t feel like paying for another hotel and a couple of the staff members themselves said the room was horrible smell.

I often don’t mind low budget motels but I wouldn’t stay here again. The furnishings are too old and crusty. The bed was good enough.
