Downtown CDA Studio Apartment. A pie de casi todo!

Nuestro apartamento estudio en el sótano es acogedor pero espacioso. Disfrutarás de una cómoda cama queen con edredón de plumas de ganso, batas de felpa para envolver, todas las comodidades que necesitas. Hemos tratado de pensar en todo lo que necesita para que sea una estancia maravillosa y cómoda. Nos enorgullecemos de la limpieza. La entrada privada se encuentra en la parte trasera de nuestra casa, cerca del área de estacionamiento reservada para este estudio.

Estamos ubicados en una excelente ubicación, a cuadras del lago, la playa pública, Tubbs Hill (rutas de senderismo), restaurantes únicos, bares, galerías de arte, tiendas, el centro de Coeur d 'Alene.

Hay muchas cosas que ver y hacer en CDA ~ conciertos de verano en el parque, alquiler de botes y motos acuáticas, Ironman Race, Car d 'Alene Car Show, paseos en hidroavión, esquí en la nieve en una de nuestras estaciones de esquí locales (Silver Mountain 32 millas , Schweitzer Mountain 59 millas, Lookout Mountain 53 millas).

Cozy

Over all this is a cute and cozy little place to stay. It is close to downtown and you can walk to most things. It ia easy to get to and the owner has almost everything you need if you forget something. I look forward to staying here again.

Nice property nice owners

Stayed for 2 days, nice little studio. Owners super nice and friendly. Only 1/2 mile from the main strip of downtown, walkable or drivable. Will have to duck a little in the studio under certain areas if you are 5’11 or taller. But only walking into kitchen or bed space. I typically hate beds that are not mine but this bed was glorious!

Great Coeur d'Alene Hideaway!

Hosts were great, unit was cute and the temp in the unit was nice and cool even with 100 degree weather outside! Perfect for a stay in CDA. Will be back if we stay in CDA again!

Lovely suite for a stay

We were so charmed by this wonderful property that has amazing features so you feel at home — large light filled windows, a wonderful seating area and a roomy kitchen. We were very comfortable! Parking was very easy and the location is also fantastic.

Great, private apartment close to downtown CDA

We loved our stay at this (fairly large) studio. Communication with the hosts was prompt, and while we never met them in-person, they seemed lovely. The place is on a quiet street about a 10-minute walk from downtown and the lakefront park. And it was stocked with everything we needed - and then some. Wifi worked great, and it was nice having a full laundry. As a basement apartment, it was blissfully cool, but the ceilings are a little low for any tall folks out there. Would totally stay again!

Great place to stay

The place is a comfortable basement suite with all amenities that you would need. The bed is super comfy and the location of the house is within walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and the owners were friendly and engaging…yes we will be staying here again.

Lovely Studio Close to Downtown

This is the 2nd time to stay at Jan and Gary’s 1220 Studio. They are lovely hosts and the studio is extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Great stay

Nice basement apartment. Had everything you might need. Host available for anything you might need and very friendly. We enjoyed our time in CDA, very close to everything. Host even helped us with out bags when we arrived. Did I mention Friendly, they are so nice.

Cute and cozy!

Convenient spot, just a short walk to town. Very cozy and has everything you need! Comfortable bed. Gary was so nice and greeted me when I arrived, also helped guide me backing into the spot in the rear of the property, also carried my luggage downstairs.
